Sadly no not the case...

Anno'ed ones only pull about $80 not a well liked frame. (I like them) This being chrome won't likely go for much more..... You're not going to get a decent slider for that.

Hey yall, certainly a dumb question, but what is a "swing frame"? Is that the same as a hinge frame, where the trigger pushes the 3 way forward instead of pulling like the OG guns?

Yeah, same thing. Just a different name. IIRC, "swing frame" was the original name for this style of trigger, which was first made by aftermarket manufacturers. WGP's called their version, which came out later, hinge frames, and the name stuck.
