    Cuda’s Cool Collection o’ Cockers ‘n’ Crap

Figure I’d finally share my collection with some (debateably) interesting info.

    Keeper Marker Collection:

Start with the marker I’ve had the longest: 2k FBM Teardrop cocker. Bought on eBay when cockers were cheap and Canadian dollar was high. Those were the days!

Click image for larger version Name:	507E9FF6-E49C-46A6-8ABA-07B5D6C2BFAE.jpeg Views:	0 Size:	125.2 KB ID:	319177
Fun fact: This marker was stolen and made its way back to me several years later.

    ——————————————————————
Next up is my replacement Karni. My original Karni was stolen along with my Teardrop. It also made its way back to me years later. This was built as a replacement and I ended up selling the original. Last I heard my original Karni had ended up in Ontario somewhere.

Click image for larger version Name:	53B94F17-B753-4558-BB5A-CA058B23931F.jpeg Views:	0 Size:	113.2 KB ID:	319178 Fun fact: this has been my go-to paintball marker for over a decade.

    ——————————————————————
Next up is my 2k5 Black Magic. Always liked these bodies and one popped up locally and I jumped on it. This was before I started being active in buying and selling.

Click image for larger version Name:	D0FF8E63-9675-4A03-91BF-B5C3BDD5E3E7.jpeg Views:	0 Size:	107.7 KB ID:	319179 Fun fact: Years later I ended up talking to the original owner who moved to a different province. Only change I’ve made was the Slice pump kit replaced an older CCM kit.

    ——————————————————————-
Next up is my unicorn build. Always wanted a Dragon body, and came very close to buying a body several times. This is the first build ai did after become more active on MCB.

Click image for larger version Name:	5CFEE89A-3015-463B-A76C-0562A38DB9D2.jpeg Views:	0 Size:	136.9 KB ID:	319180 Fun fact: I briefly owned two Dragons, the second being a nice dust pump, but I sold it as I felt it lessened my Dragon mech build.

Fun fact: Custom stock that drops the stock making Longbow shroud sit better for aiming. Also mags hate me, and this one is no different.

Most recent photos got the fish added. Figured it wouldn’t harm and be a bit of a watermark in case scammers decide to use pictures.

Longbow is a mag! I just sold it though. I just ended up getting a Sydarm in a package as well. Generally me and mags don’t seem to get along.

Fun Fact: The PMI still works! No idea what is keeping the o-rings together. Just ordered a new detent to make this functional.

The 2k FBM Teardrop Is my favourite in your collection, the dragon body has the most interesting milling though, I have wanted the barrel on it since I was a kid looking at magazines. The hAir valve doesn't look near as impressive as the automag one but I don't know enough about emeks to even know what I am looking at really in the videos Ive seen, I wanted to throw one in a mg100 if they make a difference, worth it? The saddest part of your collection is the state of of the vm68.

Thanks! The VM3 is getting a new detent and shoots, so is fully functional. It came in a package with the early Evo.

The hAir valve makes a pretty big difference with the Emek. You can easily outshoot the PAL hopper. I’m not sure it’s worth putting in an MG100 unless you’re using a box mag though. It just shoots too fast. Just like the X-valve on the Longbow.

As for a Automag to MG100/Emek, it really wanted to do a head to head comparison, but my mag leaks too much. They are a very similar form factor, being a single tube shooter, and the mag is a lot more simple inside, but the Emek platform is way lighter and way, way more efficient. They also seem to be extremely reliable, something neither on my X valved mags have been. So in my collection the Emek and MG100 are taking the place of mags. They just do everything better and I just don’t have the nostalgic connection to mags that I do for autocockers.

My bad i meant the original tear drop barrel, i forgot freak kit used similar porting. I had to look up what a VM3 is. VM68 was a front heavy, clunky marker for me to shoot when i was young but i definitely want one.

The hAir valve videos I have seen of an Emek look great, its just nothing like the original hAir valve video for Automag. Thats a machine gun, probably a good thing it wasn't released. It sucks you have had that experience with mags, I've always found them to just work after years of neglect.

What planet eclipse is offering in these lower budget markers though is very compelling, especially when compared like that, just sounds like fun.

Check out the Emek in Fullofpaint's Horde with double trigger and hAir valve. I imagine bps comes close to what was shown by deadlywind in 2004.
