Doesn't seem like I'm feeling the motivation to play much this year.... but occasionally I see something I like or get a build idea that I want see through, so here we are.

But hey, you guys clicked on this thread to look at cool stuff... and as the great Uncle Baby Billy says, "ain't got time to be distracted by your worthless chime in's", so I'll get to the point. 🙂

I'll start off with the oldest marker in the collection, my Hurricane (serial no. 187). Bought in non-working condition, sans stock and a few internal pieces, it's taken a few years to get to where it is.






A custom brass pump that uses a Meteor pump kit and all Cocker internals including a Lazarus valve.

It's high heat wrinkle paint. A lot of people use it on valve covers, intake manifolds, that sort of thing. Not as good as powdercoat but pretty durable, and easier to remove if necessary.

I love stuff and you got some nice stuff. Also the wrinkle paint stuff works on your stuff. I have stuff but not as cool as your stuff.

You and Riot (and probably you moreso than him) always have such high turnarounds in your collections. Going back 6 months, it's a totally different lineup. It's always a lot of fun to see how it transforms.

Turnaround? Yeah, it's a problem occasionally. 🙂 I've got a couple of core markers that aren't going anywhere but the rest can be a revolving door at times. A lot of the ones I've sold lately have been practice pieces to try out ideas - if I'm unhappy with them they get released to fund other projects.

Jordan you have some mighty fine builds here. Just a quick question, on your current d/barrel build how does the two bolt pins engage with the hammer. Are extended?

The driver's side bolt has a lug like normal, the other side does not. I'm using a Bluestreak hammer, so there's no dedicated edge for the lug to engage - it's round, like a Palmer's setup.
