Just wanted to pass along some more great customer service from Maier Action Games. I ordered some ID parts the the specific kit I wanted was out of stock. I bought a different kit and added in the pieces I need, only cost about $10 more, no biggy.

Maier’s called me up, said they found the kit I wanted and gave me a refund. Without me even asking! That’s some damn fine customer service.

Agreed. I bought my Fang trigger from them and it came with some damage. Got a refund in an amount I was happy with. Just make sure you contact them via the correct email.
