Heading out with my son and a buddy or two to play some walk on rec ball this Sunday in Lockport, IL. Weather looks like it'll be decent, so we're getting out at least once more until the real cold and snow starts.

I usually go to badlandz in crete. Much better staff and run place imo and way better crowd (quite a few a-holes play at legacy unfortunately

At badlandz its byop and they sell three different grades of paint (sometimes 4). And get this, entry, air and a case of the cheap paint all for just $70! (for $75 you upgrade to a case of mid grade). Best deal by far thar ive come across. they split up beginners and advanced players into separate open play groups if possible. Plus they rent out emeks so the renters get good markers. Also they allow 300fps and 10.5bps any fire mode. Very rare for a field to have all this.

I've still got paint left over from a couple weeks ago. I haven't had any issues there yet with any staff or players. Mostly going there due to it being about 20 minutes from home. I haven't been to badlandz in probably 15 years, i do remember it being nice and will definitely hit it up next year. .

Ill try to get there no later than 10. My gear is ready to go so i just need paint and air and i can hit the field real quick. Though I always tend to arrive and miss the trailer out and have to wait anyway. But i do in fairness miss it while im already been there awhile just cause im a goof XD
