Jonny's Pump Takeover 2023 - Warzone

Hey folks,

Time to get to it! This will be a catch-all thread for the 2023 schedule of pump takeovers occurring at Warzone Paintball in Saunderstown RI.

Note that these are NOT private games, we will mix in with any and all who will have us. If we get decent numbers (10+) we may be able to run some pump-only games. Last year we ran quite a few pump only games, but for the sake of simplicity I would like to continue and just mix in with whatever walk-on crew shows up. Warzone has a handful of different fields, special shout out to the net speedball and the newly updated house-to-house field in the woods.

I assume we should be able to BYOP this year as well, I'll have more info on that as we go forward. Warzone is a small field so I try to support them whenever possible, but the field paint last year left something to be desired so the owner has generally been amenable to BYOP as long as we're not bringing Monsterball type garbage.

For the first date I was thinking of any of the following:

• Saturday April 8
• Sunday April 9 (but probably not cause it's Easter)
• Saturday April 15
• Sunday April 16

As far as I'm aware none of these dates interfere with another planned game, but if they do please let me know. I may be able to add another potential day on April 1 or 2, but selfishly I'll be coming back from Florida that weekend and may not be able to join.

If you're interested in playing, please let me know by responding in this thread with whichever date works best for you.

I should be there for most Saturday games. Anyone who likes shellfish let me know in advance. I can bring mussels, oysters and clams for pre/mid/post game snacks.

hey its me, Mark! I joined the forum! Gonna try make it to as many games as i can this year before the wife pops out a kid.

I'd like to make it to Daves easter game this year, so I'd prefer to play a Warzone pump day the following weekend; April 15/16
