Without further ado, I am excited to finally make this official!
PREREGISTER HERE:
Where: Hogan's Alley Paintball at The Ridge
99 Powder Hill Rd, Middlefield, CT 06455
What: A GoldenEye themed, CT Pump Game. Pistols Only.
When: August 26, 2023
9:30AM Start time.
Safety Briefing at 10AM
First game after that.
We will have a half hour lunch break around 12:30pm.
5:00PM End time.
Cost: $67.50 gets you admission for the day to the event, One bag of Paint (Four Star or Custom), and a 15 pack of 12g co2. There will be a link on their website to register, hopefully by tomorrow. I will post up when it is live.
*Things to note about the field: The walk in isn't horrible, but it isn't right next to the car either. I always recommend a wagon if you have a ton of gear. It isn't necessary, but I always find it helpful (I use one everywhere)
There is a restaurant at the park, they serve food and beer. If you are a Hogan's Season Pass holder, you do get a 15% discount on food.
** After much consideration and taking in all your comments, concerns, and suggestions, this is what I’ve determined the criteria for a pistol will be:
Why: I find myself traveling to all of your fine games at fields in all of the surrounding states, yet we have no real stock class games in CT, but a lot of stock class players. I didn't want more of the same Stock Class games, but I also didn't want to stray too far from what works so well, so after BS'ing in the parking lot at Slim's game I thought "we should do a PGP game!" which evolved into a Pump Pistol game. While all of this was happening, our most popular field in CT teamed up with a mountain park and was moving their paintball fields to Powder Ridge, or "The Ridge" as it is called now. So, I thought combining all of these things could bring some intrigue and I got the ball rolling. I stalked the owners of Hogan's Alley Paintball and set it up with them!
I went to The Ridge today and was able to finalize the details of this game. I was able to take a look at the airball and hyperball fields and they both look great. Staging is literally just outside of them. I wasn't able to get up to the woodsball field yet, but from what players were telling me, it is spacious. This was only their soft opening, so I didn't see any other fields yet, but I believe there are three ore four more fields going in on top of what's already there.
Also, please, if you're on Facebook, RSVP there too.
If you have any questions about the event, this is the thread to ask it!

- Must be able to be held and shot easily by a single hand.
- The marker must be powered by a 12g co2
- Horizontal Feeds (single feed is also okay)
- No Stocks, No Braces, No Springfeeds
- Horizontal 12g encouraged
- Exceptions can be made with valid reason, are arranged, and approved by me BEFORE the day of the game. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made the day of.
