Did not see a list of food for potluck/snack sharing yet so I’m starting it here:

2 kinda of sausages suitable for lunch or dinner (30 total)
bell peppers and onions to go with the sausages
brioche hot dog buns for the sausages
doritos (1 big ass bag)
salami & cheese & crackers
peanut butter stuffed pretzels
and some jerky

I’m also bringing some assorted beers and other beverages but I forget how much I can actually fit into my cooler. If you have extra cooler space for helping chill beer, please let me know when you get up there so I can stash some brews in your cooler….you of course get to charge the nominal fee of drinking said beer once it’s cold.

We will have 2 charcoal grills there and 1 gas grill. All are communal. If you bring one of those green gas tanks for the gas grill great (you don't need to leave it).

I will be packing pretty light, but I’ll bring an ice chest completely full of ice to share with people needing extra ice.

I’ll also bring a couple of pre cooked steaks for eating cold

and a lot of water and gatorade and crackers or chips to share, probably some fruit. Just depends on how much time I have tomorrow.

Have all the poison oak mostly pulled on the course and finishing setup on the course tomorrow (more raking).

Some notes to think about:
1. Bring a lot of water and ice.

2.. The river is at the bottom of the hill so you can go swimming after paintball but you won't be able to shower at our camping area so keep that in mind.

3. Bugs at night. Bring Bud Spray.

4. We will have 2 - 3 grills set up.

5. Intense heat for this weekend peaking at 4:30 pm. We will need to start early (9am start which will likely be impossible). So most players will likely fade out around 1-3. We will likely stop around 3 but might want to stay in the shaded eucalyptus so maybe we should bring food and a grill down with us (if we can be cautious cooking at the parking area? Will need to consult VB about that.

6. Make sure you read the waiver pre arrival.

7. The easiest route heading to Gville driving north on 101 is:
101 -> River Road ( Also labeled Mark West Springs / Russian River Exit )
Then River Road to Old Caz.

9. No water at the lower course so make sure you have water and ice you can bring down.

10. Mask lenses need to be crack free and no period correct costumes with lenses allowed.

11. The dangers this weekend include more than just getting your eye shot out. So everyone needs to understand these activities may involve the risk of venomous snake bites, poson oak, impaling, sprains, breaks, dehydration, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, sunburn, bee stings, yellow jacket bites, driving on unpaved road and many other dangers.

I will be cooking pancakes in the morning Sat and Sun and then bumming food off people otherwise.

We have tons of eating utensil and dish wear that we can wash and reusing in the sink here so please don't bring disposable utensil or dishes. If you do take it with you. We will have coffee

At the camping area we will have a sink at the camping area with running water from our well / tanks to wash dishes and refill drinking water.

We will have chairs but feel free to bring more. If you left a chair the previous year it's still here (although some i have claimed over the years by spray painting the bottoms RIP).

Remember we are playing 12 grams and horizontal stick feed only.
