I am sorry to tell you this but you prefer the forward loop you just added more complexity to it.
Edit: Did not realize this was a Necro post.

Lol. I suppose you may be right, but I hate holding onto the actual loop.

It isn't kinked, so it doesn't affect airflow. Though, I am considering hardline. If I turn the expansion chamber to straighten the hose, it becomes uncomfortable to hold.

Rear, I hate how the front loop gets in the way of my fore grip.

Bough a mag not too long ago that was setup with a side loop... no 90 degree, just each end of the braided hose straight in the valve and the ASA...
its making storage a pain... but its an option to front or rear.

I use front loop for most of my automag

Rear and diagonal, from the left side of the duckbill bottomline ASA to the right side of the valve body. I tried doing a rear loop on the right side only, but that sometimes pressed against my wrist unless I kept the marker tucked tight against my shoulder. The diagonal cant avoids that and allows for comfortable hand switching.

The Automag: Not as clumsy or random as an electro. An elegant marker for a more civilised age.

That's what I'm running on my Xmag, too.

If I had the cash I'd pay Nummech to develop one for the classic RTs to make them truly hoseless...

At least it’s out of the way with this frame.

Nummech have been out of stock for this frame for the last 1.5 year and have not even updated their website for an expected availability. Last update was they where going to be available september 2020... soon 1 year late

That's a pricey frame to be throwing.

I rock most styles. Gas-through is my main slice.

Rearward loop. For best results cross the hose from one side to the other.

This is the best way for rear loop, but it's still in the way when I switch hands. (holding the trigger frame with my left hand, in this case).
How do you like the pixel phone? I recently took them up (1 personal, 1 work) and really like them both. Photo quality is awesome.

I hear you about the left hand part. It depends on the angle and placement of the fitting for me. I love the Pixel phones as far as the Pixel 2/3/4 are concerned. Still haven't tried to new ones. I'm not sure about the notchy hole in the screen. Picture quality/camera app performance is excellent!

How long of a stainless line will I need for a rear loop. I have about 12 inches of macro on there now but like the loom of stain more. I'm just not sure if a QD and the male threaded ends add to the overall length.

Also does anyone make brass flex line?

I think I ran with 7 or 8 inches but I'm not sure. The QD will add a little length. As long as you're in the ballpark it's forgiving because you can change the angle the 90° fittings come out of the valve/ASA.

Rear loop. Get it out of the way of the forward grip.

Rear works great for me, but ultimately on a mag I usually prefer forward loop for being totally out of the way of the trigger frame.

the foregrip hand can just deal with it, and I prefer to cross from right side of valve to left side of ASA also.
