Stainless braided line lengths?

For classic mag, what is the proper SS braided line length for the crucial asa to valve with a QD? Looking to replace macro currently.

I've read mixed things all over the internet now with 4", 4.4", 5"

I have a power feed body, hopper left. Looking to have only one bend and run it straight to the valve, not an arch up high over the feed if possible.

I just setup one of my classic mags with a 4.5in line and a QD, worked perfectly. I think a 5in would also work, but I really doubt a 4in would.
