Finished my first from scratch mag build.

I got back into automags about a year ago after a bear started getting into my trash can and dragging it all over my lawn at night. Its had been probably 18 years since I had owned a marker, but got to thinking about buying one to help solve the bear problem. Back when I was a broke kid, we all played woodsball with your standard tippman 98 custom and spyder type markers, but I had always wanted an automag, which at the time was way out of my budget.

I got out of paintball about the time electronics came into play, and still don't much care for those types as they don't have the 'cool' factor, at least not to me, when compared to a fully pneumatic mechanical marker that still can put out a rope...so I started buying parts and over the last 6 months put together this guy.

    RT Valve, Level 10 Bolt
    Intelliframe
    CP Direct Mount On/Off ASA
    ULE Body
Inception Designs FLE Feedneck w/ low mount adapter
Inception Designs Stella Barrel, Freak Insert
AGD vertical ASA and whatever rubber grip that is

Only thing I'm missing that I'd maybe like to add is an old AGD ying or yang trigger, if anyone were to have one laying around they'd be willing to part with.

Now that it is 'finished' I'll be starting the tuning with the goal being to turn it into a RT machine gun.

Looks like a darn fine mag build.

You may already know, but if you are going for speed, tank pressure is important. On my RTs I run a standard Ninja ultralite reg when I want to play nice and I have another tank with a Ninja SHP valve that outputs something like 1100psi that makes the RT a monster.
"but we all have electros and you guys only have pumps, this wont be fair"

    (chuckling quietly) "we know"

tank reg recharge is more imortant than the higher output pressure.

If you are looking for RT, this is a video a buddy and I shot about it for Social Paintball a while back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZJhX7CFaPk

From what all I've read, a super high tank pressure is the easiest way to get one to RT hard but it can be done at 800 psi with some minor tweaks and tuning. I've been watching some of the videos of the Khristian Landry automag guy who constantly shows markers he's tuned for rapid RT at just the 800 psi.

All the same, I think I'm going to upgrade to one of the ninja flex regulators so I have the ability to adjust the tank output pressure on the fly.

Hmm...that is curious. But seriously, I've been following your stuff for a long time between forums, youtube and facebook. Always awesome work. I think when I started this build I had reached out to you on FB for an intelliframe but I ended up finding one locally.

Ok...so now it is finished. I was going to get a standard rotor, but the shiny and matching grey on this R2 got me.

Just finished my mag build. Had a mag back in the day playing tournament ball.

        Halo B loader
smarts part 14" AA barrel (2 pc)
        ULE body
        x valve lvl 10 bolt
intelliframe (standard no internals) dye grips
        ANS quarter turn on/off
80/4500 JT tank 800 psi (no extra pressure, not looking to RT lol)

I am looking for a ULT, been on AGD web religiously looking for one ( 4 months now ) with a promise from them they come back.

I'm looking for the valve only if any info on where to get one lol.
