What on/off ASAs can be used for a sleeper pneumag?

Ok so my funding looks like it is coming through for my build so I am getting more serious.

what on/off ASAs can be modified for a sleeper pneumag build (likely with a lukes frame) that are still relatively easy to get? I know like makes the side kick and wedge but I really don’t think I will like that option (if anything the cage style ASA on my ULE build is about as far up as I would want it and the wedge would just drop the marker lower with the tank shouldered). Also know the CP direct mount is a popular option but I’m not huge on the look of those.

I had thought it may be possible to pull the on/off from the side kick/wedge and use as is until I realized the main port to feed the marker is on the actual wedge (may not be opposed if someone know of someone who would machine a flat “wedge” piece.

So are there any others people have modified that work well? I know rawbutter offers the milling for these (and I think he is relatively close to me so shipping or even hand delivering wouldn’t be an issue).

    thanks

The Micro wedge puts the back of the tank about where a standard ASA would sit, only better.

Both the Sidekick and Micro Wedge positions the marker at eye site level which is the entire point of both designs.
Yeah I mean I understand the ergonomics you based the designs on but even then wedge seems to put the tank butt higher than something like the CP does. Based on my ULE mag ergos with the cage on/off it puts the back of the valve just over the tip of my nose so I can sight down the marker just at the 1-1:30 position. The wedge just seems to make it drop down too much without putting the tank on top of the shoulder for my biomechanics.

Well it was designed off my build (my body size) my parts, and a spesific size tank the one I've always ran, so the design may be off for you.
I shoulder my setup on the very top of my right peck but below the traps, there's a pocket the tanks sits in. Didn't really intend for it to sit on the top of the shoulder, but everyone does what works for them. In the end it was built for exactly what fits me and without exception.. (lol)
Yeah that’s where I shoulder mine as well and get a good positioning of the marker so that angle would probably put my eye a few inches high.

And I expect I may go with the CP just interested to see if there are any other ones that people have had success with. I know I would need to find someone else’s to machine it since you only do the CPs (totally get how the set up is a PITA for each different one). But Gota make sure I figure out my options if I am going to spend the money on a nice new build and do a full ano

I have not but if a straight ASA aligns it correctly for my biomechanics I am not seeing how making it a negative angle cannot drop the marker lower. If the tank butt is relatively higher to the level of the X valve with the wedges then the valve would be lower relative to my line of sight on the wedges.
