Looking to get a body drilled for eye as well as thread repair

So I have a midblocked Superbolt body that I like, and I'm trying to turn it into a decent e-cocker. Currently, the rear frame screw is stripped and I expect the front one to be stripping soon. Ideally, I'd like to helicoil both of these for standard autococker screws. I also want it drilled for an eye.

Is there a shop or someone I can send this to in order to get these things done? I don't have a drill press myself, so I'm not sure I can do it accurately myself.

just get a rotor and run it blind. No need for eye imo. Try it first at least.

Something else to keep an eye on - barrels don't thread in all the way on those bodies, there is often a 1/16" gap between the end of the breech and start of the barrel.

I've got one of those bodies that I've halfblocked but the gap bothers me, and I can't run detent fingers if the barrel doesn't tighten against the breech lip.
