What is best 9v battery for e-cocker?

Hey guys... just getting back to playing after being off for about 8 years. I have an Oracle with a Tadao board in it. I used to use 9.6v PowerEx batteries in it. What is everyone else using in theirs. With lithium getting so popular can a lithium 9v be used in it?

    Thanks!

Stick with standard 9v. Name brand, Duracell, Energizer or I use Amazon.

Lithium ion voltages differ so while you can get close you will consistently be over or under volting the board. Not great long term, they were designed around 9v, stick with that

Please be sure to pass this information on to the handful of spyder boards I have at home that are currently inoperative, they seem to not know it.

There's a reason your home computer has a dedicated power supply inside it and it's not just a DC converter

The answer is always Duracell. In my experience, and everyone around me, they last a lot longer than energizer. Just remember to fully remove the battery at the end of the day; eblades (regardless of what board) have some wicked drain.

That's what I was using before I switched to Amazon's batteries. I will say, my markers usually sit for a long time in-between play times so I probably can't say one lasts longer than the other but they are for sure in the same ballpark.
