I have a e2 and for some reason the eyes r not working but the eyes r good tried them on another board and they work so has this happened to anyone else

The connection on the board is probably the culprit. Have you tried a different set of eyes on the same board?

Check that the pins on the board are clean and don't have any cracks on the solder points.
If there are cracks on the solder points hit it with a soldering iron to reflow it when you do this don't linger too long or you will melt the plastic of the connector. (could try to remove the plastic to get it out of the way but old plastic likes to crack)Comment

Is your board set to the correct eye setting? E2 boards can be set to breakbeam or bounce beam, if I remember correctly.Comment
