WGP Mini Black Magic #8050 - Back from the dead

About a year ago I picked this up as a kit off eBay with just the body, back block, front block, and trigger frame. Since then I’ve been piecing together the OEM bits and last night I finally got around to assembling it.

Tomorrow night I’ll install the pneumatic hoses and macro line, then I’ll see if I can get it cycling and shooting!

The barrel was another eBay find (although I don’t believe it was one of the usual chop shops), unfortunately the barrel probably did actually come from another Mini Black Magic, but at least it found its way back onto one! My guess is the ASA came off a Karnivor.

I’ve also got Mini Black Magic #8048 sitting on the project bench. This one I’ve owned for 10-15 years, used it a few times as a semi auto, then swapped on a pump kit and never used it again.

All the orings on this are probably goop, so I think I’ll rebuild this and return it back to as close to stock as possible.
