    Azodin Auto trigger failure

Has anyone else experienced this with their pumps? I noticed this issue when the striker was being released early when trying to use the auto trigger.

It looks like the stainless safety/ autotrigger arm thing is shaving the trigger. Im thinking tapping a small socket head and rounding the thing would fix it but any thoughts or insight would be appreciated.

You should probably also slightly round the edge on the cam so it doesn't happen again.

Is there any update to this? I believe I am experiencing the same issue.

Yeah I'd be interested in hearing about this too. Rounding the edges as suggested above seems like it would work.

I looked at a brand new auto trigger kit/frame and the tip of the trigger was angled and flat, not rounded at all. I was trying to order just the trigger but nobody was returning my emailmor answering the phones at Azodin.

I wanted to use the auto trigger more before giving a definite answer. Tapping a socket head didn't work the way i wanted it to but chamfering/rounding the cam made a difference. It did reduce wear and smoothed out the feel of the auto trigger.

himurax13 i reach out to azodin on fb with good results instead of calling or emailing.

I'm not sure what you were getting at by tapping a socket head, but I'd be interested to find out.

Toestr my original thought was to have a socket head restore the area that has been shaved off. I was hoping that this would restore the AT function and be replaceable.

I used a file to get the socket head to match the original geometry of the trigger. It didn't work because i ended up pulling the bolt through the threads.

Ahh I see. Not a bad idea. I think you were on the right track with the material. If the trigger was stainless/steel this wouldn't really be an issue with it rubbing against the cam.

Rounding the edges on the cam, slathering it in grease, and replacing the trigger solved the issue on all of my Azodin pumps. The timing of the autotrigger feels much better than the one on my sniper.

I am surprised that more people are not reporting this issue.
