        Now the observant ones amongst you will notice that this bottomline is a late model with an ASA and the Xtreme edition listed in the ad has a cutless trigger guard. Since it too APG a couple months to produce the magazine, we can say that by mid-summer 2000 the later model wire detent Raptors were already on the market.

        In the review, Doc Koch tries to remove the connecting pin with the cocking knob, which wouldn't work - that's how the older green Raptors did it. Someone screwed up and forgot to change the manual language on his demo gun. I can't recall exactly, however when I got my SE I don't think the manual had this issue.
