So my recently acquired CCI Phantom Revolution is leaking from the #1024 o-ring. I confirmed it was the o-ring by inspecting it (it looked fine), repacking it with some Dow 33 medium grease, and also polishing the #1040 plunger with some 7000 grit sand paper. This sealed up with no leaks, and the gun held air for over 6 hours with no tank. Not sure when it finally released, as it did it overnight. The problem is, now it's leaking again.
I didn't replace the #1024 o-ring because I didn't have one that appeared to be the same. The one that was in the gun appears to be a 006 o-ring made out of either urethane or Teflon, and a hardness of 90a duro or greater. Not sure if this is the stock o-ring or not, but it's what is in there. I suspect it is stock, as the #1019 retaining screw was still in there tight, like it was still epoxied. Does anyone know the proper specs for this o-ring so I can replace it?
