I have the opportunity to buy a phantom revolution and I’m wondering what problems they had that made them so bad. Or where they just costly?

I had one. Here are my complaints:
1) It is loud. When dry firing, it's extra loud. I haven't found a situation where this would've been helpful besides pulling up behind a friend on the field and scaring the crap out of them.
2) Must have a detent system. Mine was drilled to use autococker detents. This kept it from getting double feeds. I used a sizer that came with the Revolution to prevent roll-outs.
3) Required more work than a Phantom. This is what caused me to let mine go. There are more parts and more places for things to need attention. Cassady stopped producing them because it wasn't better than a Phantom like most hoped it would be.

The one I used had trouble getting to velocity and had terrible consistency issue ... One shot to the next ranged from ~190fps all the way to ~240fps ...
we got it shooting at ~260 but that's as high as we could go ... No spare spring on hand to try something else.
Love my brass ... Love my SSR ... Hard choices ...

I had been looking for one for a while until I heard they were so loud. I like guns quiet. That said, I think they're relatively rare, so there might be value in knowing where one is.
If you don't mind my asking, what do they go for now?Feedback
