    Gmek going pfptpfptfptpfptpfppfpfpt

    Hey folks!

Got a classic Gmek that I was going to use on Friday. Put some air on her last night and it seems like the trigger was sticking and making it go full auto. I'm going to do a rebuild either way, but I was wondering what was causing this. I assume the trigger piston/valve/thing is sticking and causing it rather than a bolt issues. Thoughts?

Just pulled the bolt and there's quite a bit of buildup, I'm guessing that's a factor. I should probably rebuild the reg while I'm at it too I suppose.

If your bolt is gooey, your trigger valve most likely is too. A quick disassemble and relube of it should fix it up.

Trigger valve looked fine near as I could tell, I wiped down the external parts, but if cleaning the rest of the internals doesn't fix it I will do that

You're on the right track with a rebuild. Sounds like the valve switch thingy behind the trigger. If they are similar to Emek/M170R (I can't remember) then cleaning and lubing the switch dealy will help.

The trigger valve didn't look particularly poopy, but after wiping down and re-greasing the bolt, reg & trigger valve she's shooting like butter.

        Thanks y'all
