Need reg part but what is it called?

I’ve got an SL reg and when I was using it, something happened it spiked. So I’ve disassembled it and discovered this little clear disk broke and was causing me problems. What is this clear disk calls and where can I get a replacement.

Is this a Reg Seat ??

There is a member that sells replacement ones he made as well. Some can be difficult to find like the LPR ones. But that one should be easy to find.
