Anyone ever actually figure out how to run FSR on with these?

I've only tossed in the odd bounced or grounder fsr. I just push the button on the elbow and slide it far enough to drop it in.
Still can't get Simon Steven's to sell me the prototype far spring feed. It never made it into production as they figured the Hammer 7 was the pump to push selling. But it looks like it's just 3d printed with a generic spring to me.5 Photos

Looks like that particular stick feed would have to stick out to the side, vertical, or some angle in-between. Not flat along the top like a stock class feed. With it sticking out the FSR's would be stacked side to side. So no danger of nesting.
Now you can, in theory, have a horizontal stick feed for FSR's, but it would have to go forward of the feed port, and the rounds would have to make a 90 degree turn, which they naturally tend to do when stacked side by side...
A little prototype I whipped up one day when bored at work. Had some issues I never got around to fixing, the spring would shoot out of the reloading port. But the rounds seemed to make the turn just fine. Kind of lost interest when FSR mag fed designs became more available, but I like to use it to hopefully inspire people to come up with new designs.

Couldn't the same kind of mag adaptor people make for the Phantom be made just different mounting?Originally posted by MAr "... Nish deleted it..."
