So I have like 60 Spyder’s, but this one looks the best I feel.

The raddest looking Spyder I have (hint), it’s a Custom FLASH!

When I bought this the factory e-grip was shot, and I love taking these to the field (no auto), so making it a mechanical semi auto with the DYE trigger frame was first.
The DYE frame actually came from a member on here posting a local Craigslist add that I payed him to go pick up then ship to me. It was on an old grey body and on the east coast I believe. Had the Hogue grips on it. Thanks again man!1 Photo

I do have the factory fade to yellow at the tip barrel for it, but I like the Custom Products matching all green one better. The weird plastic insert of the flash factory barrel just broke paint last I remember anyway. What was the point of that? I also customized it with the best forward grip ever for a Spyder, the factory “bicycle” grip. This one came from a rareish green Spyder Sport.1 Photo

Grady's trying to increase his post count.
The Flashes did have great annos. I like the Dye frame on there. It really looks good. I know where the rear cocking knob comes from. Only one Spyder model had that.
Also, you can insert more than one pic in a post at a time. If attaching, you can do five maximum, however if you embed the link from an image hosting site such as paintballcity.org then you can do lots.

What makes this a unique custom job if you don’t know, is the pin of the flash in the rear is a circle. The 2000 is the oval, for holding in place the rear cocking upper piece. I had to use a round needle file and a whole lot of patience to open the circle to a oval to accommodate for the Spyder 2000 internals.
The unique upper cocking piece of the 2000 does not move to the rear like a typical rear cocking bolt. Instead, it stays where it is in the photos after cocking using a unique spring system.
This makes it highly desirable for those that are in the know. I’ve modded a couple receivers like this now to make them closed systems like the 2000.1 Photo
