Spyder barrel threads?

Does anyone know if Spyder threads changed tolerances at all? I have an old brass Spyder threaded barrel that only threads into older guns(pre2000ish) but nothing newer. While
I have newer barrels that thread into both. Something like Tippmann 98 threads when they went to tapered threads so old barrels wouldn't thread into newer guns.

I'm unsure Kingman changed tolerances. I'd simply bet their tolerances just aren't good. I have some newer barrels that won't thread well into older Spyder markers. It's a common issue.

Yeah, I'm sure we've all fun into this one time or another. Mkeeks is a newer player and she already ran into this with her spydarm build.

Yep... Took some reassurance and GeNtLe effort to get the barrel on. There's nothing quick about an on/off, but it's designated solely for my Spydarm build.
