Using Azodin or other brand parts in Spyder pump builds

So I bought a refurb 2012 Spyder Victor from ANS and that 3D printed pump kit from Filament Paintball. Everything assembled just fine and it cocks and fires; haven't aired it up yet though. I'm a bit concerned about the durability of the 3D printed striker, especially where it engaged the sear. I was wondering if anyone had tried using a striker from an Azodin KP series pump in their Spump build before, and how that worked out.

Same question about valves as well. I've got an Empire Sniper valve that came out of my Trilogy when I installed a Lazarus. Wondering if I might get any better results out of my Spyder pump with a valve meant for pumps/cockers instead of the stock one that's intended for blowbacks.

The Automag: Not as clumsy or random as an electro. An elegant marker for a more civilised age.

I can confirm an azodin kaos pump striker is a drop in replacement. Tested with a swapped part from onenof my kps.

Waiting for azodin to deliver one too

Thanks. I just searched ANSgear, thinking that they didn't have any. But it turns out they do, they just have them listed in the "drop, rails, ASA, fittings" category for Azodin instead of the general spare parts.

I wonder if an Azodin valve or cup seal could be used to avoid or minimize blowback.

I have been using a different 3d printed striker/hammer in my spyder conversion for a while now and haven't had any issues. If you ever run into issues, you can have someone reprint mine for you: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5278050/files
It takes an M5 or 3/16" Bolt as striking surface and weight and prints laying flat on its side which makes it a lot stronger.

I have replaced my valve pin with one from an alias intimidator (kind of a random find) which has a very narrow stem for more airflow and an excelent fit towards the blowback chamber (this of course may vary for you). In the end, any non-flat valve pin will be an upgrade.
