Let's talk about paint...

I have a couple of maxtact guns here and because anything else mag fed I have will be gentler than these I have decided to test a number of paints.

- so far Graffitti is ok but still getting breaks

-green Zap paint from Wally world is great for accuracy and breaks

- Draxxus Scenario paint, sold at Walmart has camo coloured shells amd breaks a lot. Also terrible accuracy

How about anyone else?

Paint brittleness can vary due to many factors.

Best practice I've found is to do some type of standardized drop test with a few balls from every bag before using it. For example, marker X can shoot paint that survives Y drops from chest height onto concrete.

TIL you can still get Zap at Walmart.

i generally will go for mid grade field paint when I’m playing magfed. The bounces suck but they’re worth the paint not breaking in the barrel.

Good points gents. I mean between winter and mag fed I would have thought Graffitti would have been better but it's like on par w zap in my testing
