Piranha chopping balls and psi?

Been out of paintball for over 25 years I have two piranha G3 I replaced all the orings and tried them for the first time but cant get either of them to shoot a ball in one piece. Tried different barrel sizes with the same problem. I'm using HPA and not C02 what pressure should I have the regulator set for? Thank you

Do you need to replace the rubber detents(did that already)? Does it chop, if you load it, single ball hand-fed?

Nailed it on the detents. I replaced them but found out the new ones already broke apart. They both shot the first 10 balls fine then turned into a paint cannon after. Thank you

Doc makes the ones you want to keep your fish happy. Also if you can find a revy loader I’ve always had fantastic luck with them

Paint is smaller than it used to be when these were popular. Roll back can be an issue. Gluing an oring to the bolt tip will help.
