So what's going on here?

So I think there are a couple of issues.
1. The quick switch doesn't actuates when the gun is tilted. It seems to me that the grip frame is tightened properly to the body. Assuming I didn't mess up on assembly, could the rod be bent? Iunno. It seems by my eyes to be straight in the body channel.
2. The hammer doesn't always catch on the sear and is following the bolt back when I release the trigger.
3. There's also that air venting. I was worried that it was over pressurized but the LPR was loose and then slowly tightened up to this point where it's cycling.
4. I'm sure I'm missing more stuff.

1) the switch rod may be bent - doesn't take much. Also, push the frame forward when tightening the frame screws, takes up any slop present between components.

2) you may need to adjust the sear slightly- there's a setscrew in the trigger to raise or lower the sear height. Also verify the LPR is set correctly - pull and hold the trigger, then push on the bolt backblock with your other hand. It should feel like squeezing a superball.

3) probably your ram bushing. They can be replaced with a 010 oring but the housing should be replaced to do it properly - technically that seal is non-serviceable, IIRC.

Yep! Bending it a bit seems to have worked! So that is solved.

Turned down the LPR a bit. It was budging but not much. Doesn't seem to hurt the cycling any. In fact, while not definitely fixed, the issue seems to have disappeared by fixing the rod. Maybe it was slipping off/not actually engaging the quick switch all the way when it was "working".

I'll try replacing the o-ring and see if that works.

Set the Rock

Loosen the Rock adjusting screw until it turns easily. Air the gun, turn the safety off, and hold the trigger back. Slowly tighten the Rock adjusting screw until the bolt comes all the way back and is flush with the back of the gun. Now tighten the Rock adjusting screw another ¼ turn.

In case you need a rundown on the operation.... the ram bushing oring is inside the bushing (brass part) that threads into the ram housing.... You'll need to pull the backblock off, then unthread the bushing, slide it off the ram shaft, and use a pick to extract it. You'll probably see it looks square.
