Made an order online, later realized I needed additional parts. Called up, added a part to the order, and paid the invoice via paypal literally while still on the phone. Was told it might take some time to ship out, they were moving the shop or something. Parts were all small and in stock.
It's now been nearly three weeks and I don't have any emails telling me it's been shipped, and the phone number on the website has been disconnected, which according to everyone is the only way to get in contact. I have a week until sunday, which is the event I need those parts for.
Does anyone have any news or a new way to contact Palmers?
