Anyone home at Palmers?

Made an order online, later realized I needed additional parts. Called up, added a part to the order, and paid the invoice via paypal literally while still on the phone. Was told it might take some time to ship out, they were moving the shop or something. Parts were all small and in stock.
It's now been nearly three weeks and I don't have any emails telling me it's been shipped, and the phone number on the website has been disconnected, which according to everyone is the only way to get in contact. I have a week until sunday, which is the event I need those parts for.

Does anyone have any news or a new way to contact Palmers?

Long story short, they are going through some hard times. Craig is doing his best to move and setup shop elsewhere. Been told that he will make it right eventually, either by getting people their parts or issuing a refund. Likely going to be a while before that happens though.

thanks for the tip Nash. unfortunately, buying microline from someone else is dependent on being able to find m3 thread to 1/16" barb fittings. PP is apparently the only place with them, so I'm still stuck.

Don't expect to have custom stuff again from them once they are settled. Craig is going through a rough time in his personal life and even had to sell off a bunch of equipment because of it. Reports I've seen say that he is restructuring things once he settles

I ordered a rebuild kit in early January, charge for it and nothing yet. It’s not a huge amount of money and given the recent events I’m just patiently waiting, hoping I get
my parts. Figure Palmer deserves the benefit of the doubt.

I spoke to him in January for a good while. I still have an order in with him. He said he was hoping a month to 1.5 as everything was packed up for moving day.

Other than APG in the 90’s and their general industry fame I don’t know him from a hole in the wall. In this day and age nothing stays private, but that is what this matter really is, it’s outside of our niche hobby.

I will say that I have no problem waiting this out for what he said to me and a bit longer since I spoke to him. He had to pack up and move, hopefully unpacking as a business will follow. Then he will have to set up, organize , and find our shiny chrome flux capacitor and o-ring orders. I wish him the best and hope we still see the Palmers in paintball when the dust settles. Selfishly I need them for nostalgia at the least.

I wasn't trying to get in his shit P&R, I don't care or want to know whats going on (meant in the nicest possible way) it's just in this day and age its not normal to have no communication for weeks. "It might be a while, we are moving" wasn't really a timeline, and I took it as a couple weeks at most, which has passed. I have no doubt they will either refund or send out the parts. Hopefully they stay around, they have some of the most niche stuff out there...

I hate to hear it. It would be a hard tie between Palmers and CCM for best customer service. I would also mention Nummech (IIRC, feednecks and such) as a close third.

I rather feel that he was a victim of his own success in a way. His products are quite good. He helped me out greatly with an Angel project I did.

His products and his work are top notch. I have nothing but respect for the guy. He did the feed neck mod on my Autococker, and I have his feed neck on it, as well as his roller plate and sear. I LOVE the plate and sear combo, and I keep waiting for good news about his v2 so I can buy another.

Never had a problem emailing CCM. Always got a very helpful quick response to my weird questions.

Try Facebook - I got replies very quickly by messaging the Nummech page. I emailed for several months trying to purchase feedneck stubs without much luck, DMed him through Facebook and had it paid for/shipped that afternoon.

Same as every other "obsolete" marker out there - you or somebody other than the OEM.

The amount of people out there who offer teching is mindblowing.
