It took me way too long to find this information on the internet, so I thought I would post it here.
The CCI Phantom has 2 o-rings that are the same size (AS568-112). One on the front of the bolt to seal against the barrel, and another on the valve body to seal where the power tube assembly screws in. In the Phantom manual they are item #14 and part number 9046. The manual has it listed as a #12 o-ring, but that should actually be a #112. In the Nelspot parts diagram the o-ring is listed as Part Number 00704, and I'm assuming this is pretty standard for Nelsons, but my experience is limited.
For whatever reason, Danco, which makes the o-rings that are available at my local Home Depot (product link) and Lowes (product link) calls this a #10.
Now, I have no idea if these are high quality, or even what they're made out of, but I'm assuming it is Buna-N with a durometer of 70.
AS568-112
Outside Diameter: 11/16 inch
Inside Diameter: 1/2 inch
Wall thickness: 3/32 inch
Here's how I went down this rabbit hole:
I'm the kind of person who can't own something without taking it apart. So when my first Nelpsot (with CCI internals) arrived last week, I loaded an old corroded 12g, took a few shots, then immediately started disassembling it. When I broke open the valve body, the o-ring that came out was massive. I'm guessing liquid Co2 hit it. Since there was no way to get it back in, I started a search to find the proper size. When I finally figured out that it was a #112, I didn't have any of those, so then I went looking for one locally since I couldn't wait for them to be shipped.
I also discovered that a #111 seems to do just fine in the valve body too.
