And because I had removed it at the start, here is the ASA On/Off.

My marker didn’t come with fitting but it does have an ASA plug. Happy I can get the side the macro is on as I shoot left handed.

And last but not least the barrel. Sized at .681 so might even be usable! It goes nice and has Meteor’s name on the beauty ring

So the only thing left is to get it all back together! Which will be my next steps.

Oh yeah, break it down. I don’t even know wtf this is. I thought it was a Autococker coming from Nova, but it’s a modern build from “Meteor”? Cool. 😎 price point it quite reasonable.

Let's suppose you want the strongest pump stroke but when the tension knob is all the way in, the bolt does not clear the chamber. Adjust the pump stroke further by adjusting the 10-32 cap screw in the front of the guide rod. Vice Versa, if you lighten the pump stroke it could make the stroke too long. I used a little dow 33 on the guide mine was noisy, felt like a DJ scratching the record.

Interesting to see the varied states of assembly people received theirs as. I didn't even get a beavertail.

Beaver tail was an extra as they missed my order initially.

Mine had everything installed out of the box. I also got fittings with mine.

Not complaining, but it's obvious they were scrambling to get them out the door.

Thanks for the detailed pictures and posting them. I have been on the fence on whether to get one of these. I really have no need but I do like some of the changes they have made in the platform especially the bearing pump/pump guide. I have day dreamed about doing something similar but with linear bearings in the past but never got around to attempt it.

Hopefully today I can get it all back together and see how the pump stroke feels. I have several nice pump builds to compare it to.

And here’s it going together. The little spring under the trigger is a bit of a pain, but after some effort it’s in the right place:

Double check your pump spring tension as well. It can hit the limit before the cocking the hammer.

Interesting enough the lug was not my issue. I needed to adjust the stroke length at the front of the pump. I had played with it a little and set it too short. Adjusting it outward and watch the bolt move back on the breach worked. So now the sear catches and the bolt clears the breach.

I have one on a classic slab cocker. The BM actually looks good, matches some of the gloss elements. It just leaks at the moment. Need to order some reg rebuild kits soon.

                    Setup notes and thoughts:

I tried to get the Meteor tuned in but I’m only hitting about 200fps the the Karni HPR and the current springs. I’ll
liekly swap the main spring for something a little firmer.

The pump stroke feels nice and the knob at the front of the pump does not bother me at all. I wear gloves when I play but not when I tune, but find everything pretty comfortable bare handed.

Given I’m going to have to play with springs anyways, very tempted to drop my Lazarus valve into this. On the other hand though I want to try to get a feel for the marker in its original form before modifying and seeing what different it makes.

Most folks have set the HPR around 3-325psi with the factory main spring. Seems to work for me as well.
