Panic "Plan B" eBay sniper build

Not throwing any shade, but still waiting on a body and frame from Mozak (was supposed to be January). With a pump event quickly approaching and the uncertainty of having the body and frame I need in time, I decided to start hunting for a plan B.

This eBay listing was actually shared here and I didn't see it, I just happened to find it during one of my daily 100,000,00000 eBay searches. Right place, right time. Hellofa deal.

So I will be slapping all the parts I have sitting for the Mozak build onto this hog. And once the Mozak stuff does arrive, I will gladly sell the green Vert feed as I receive it, for what I paid ($100.13).

    Parts that will be used:
    CCM lower tube.
    Shocktech bolt.
    AKA Sidewinder reg.
    CP direct mount ASA.
    CCM fittings.
    ACP Slice v3 pump kit.

I'd save some of the fancier bits for the Mozak and not even worry about using it on your plan B. No need to risk you CCM fittings. The rest is fine and you can use it for a test bed for your Mozak and get it all pre-tuned and ready to go and hopefully allows you to drop it right into the fancy body once it arrives. If you're really lazy you can basically just toss a the pump kit on this and let it ride as is.

Haha that did cross my mind, to just throw the pump kit and probably reg on, since this one is probably mushy inside but you never know

I'm a sucker for green and slabs, I'll keep this one in mind.

Will of course post pictures of it in sniper mode. I think I'll start off doing what Cdn_Cuda suggested and just throw the pump kit on, and test out the WGP preset reg then go from there.

When did they change the trilogy model 😂, it's got an identity crisis going on

Mock up, not bad at all. Put the CCM guts in, and I'm glad I did. Feels GREAT so far.

Plumbing will be interesting, the vert ASA on the Mozak is shorter so will allow better pathway with the 90* fitting, but we'll see what we can do here.

Still hoping the Mozak bits arrive in time though, but this will still get the job done.

Gotcha, I was wondering if you were one
of the lucky ones that owned a small bore Bigshot, but I didn’t notice the wedgit until now. Love those barrels. I know people say tube is tube and maybe it’s placebo, but they’ve been the best fit and forget I’ve ever owned.

Murdoc555 I also have a 684 of the same thing. As far as I know, all the smaller bore ones are the Tight Sticks. I know Lapco make a 682 but only in shorter length for some reason.

No wedgits, but I do plan to use with anti rollout fingers, or the TechT iFit kit. I've always loved the look of them, never used one so I'm stoked to see how it goes

Oh ok, I thought that black nut below the feed was one. They actually once had 681 in all sizes ~10 years ago and I was able to snag one that’s been on my phantom ever since. They may have even went as low as 679 if I remember right and I would kill to have one if they ever pop up. I’ve read good things about the fingers on here too, seems like a great option. Nice job on this gun and what a steal at well under $100.
