Autococker frame have 10-32 mounting screw but sheridan use 8-32

Anything I need to do to make sure it will not move during play? (Feel solid now but its my first conversion so feel strange to know the holes are bigger than the screw)

    The Spec:
Side feed moded Sheridan (most probably had right feed neck originally)
Autococker slider frame unknow brand (1 screw grip)
3d printed adaptor plate for cocker to sheridan frame (printed by Rainmaker)

I've never done this, but I guess I'd find or make a bushing that pressed into the frame to take yo the space.

I see Rainmaker is printing out my adapters. How do you like it? As for stability, I've never had any issues with mine. Just don't overtighten it or the adapter can crack.

I asked Rainmaker to print some after I saw the file on Thingiverse and since he was already printing other parts for me

I do remember he mentionned asking the creator for permission before printing but did not remember its was you (was done pre crash so no info)

I like the design, look thin at first but seem to hold well once installed

What plastic you usually use? PLA or ABS?

Yep. I remember him asking me, so it's all good. I was more interested in your opinion. I typically do my prints in PETG for its high heat resistance and its greater strength than PLA. PETG tends to deform more before it breaks than more rigid materials do. As for its thickness, it had to be that thin to allow the sear to catch the lug. I actually tried multiple thicknesses before settling on its current form. Any thinner and it would break too easily. Any thicker and the marker wouldn't cock.

I 3D print my adapters ... They work great!
All you want is to relieve the stress side to side.

The screw size is not an issue, but if you're concerned you can make bushings to take the slack off

I though about bushing but wanted to have opinion from other member that already did this mod first

It had a Kframe originally (the one I sold to you), had the plan to use a KP trigger group to make a pirate gun but meanwhile I had this slider frame in a box
        Really happy with the look
