Umarex Remote Line Adapter Velocity?

Just wondering if anyone has tried the remote line adapter with HPA for the .50 revolver? Did it bring the velocity down to earth?

I have one I have not tried it. But I’m sure you could adjust the input pressure to get the velocity down.

William the Third made some adjustable valves that dropped velocity down to field speeds for the 50cal ones. I got a few for my dualing pistol setup and they work well. I can get both of my 50 revolvers under 300fps.

Wish I could get my 68 to work as good as the 50’s it just shreds most paint when you try and get the velocity up.

If you pulled the restrictor completely out it will break paint. Also, it destroys any gas efficiency. Try drilling the restrictor opening a little wider. I've got 2 working fine at 270 to 285fps.

The 68 cal one? It breaks FS and paint without touching the restrictor and shoots low 265ish.

Get the velocity adjuster from William the Third. Costs about the same as the HPA adaptors and works better. I have a fleet of the 50's with the adjusters for special games. Install it in the valve body. Then any adjustments are made externally by a screw.
