Board wires and small electronic components?

Tinkering around in the nerd dungeon today I realized I have a fare number of shockers sitting around with broken wires and connections. Just curious where I can source parts like wires and connectors.

I have an nxt that looks like all it needs is the wire that runs from the board to the noid. Any place online I can get something that will work? The wire has come out of the plug.
