GOG still in business? Anyone make a magfed enemy yet?

Seems like everything on their site is out of stock and I thought they were selling more than just the enemy a couple years ago?

Also has anyone made a magfed or warped enemy yet? I suppose if someone did it to an ion that would be pretty similar.

I hope they are finally out, good riddance. but I haven't heard anything from them in a while. Don't know for sure though

Can't say I've ever seen a mag feed ion or clone. The base design doesn't lend itself to doing a conversion all that well. Not saying it can't be done it's just that there's other platforms that would be easier to work with

I recall that MuddyBloodyFactory did a 3d printable body, and a generic magfed adapter, plus a custom emek magfed body. I think ChoSanJuan may have done a Emny magfed body remix, but I cant find it.

Here is the Emny body files if you want to try that --> https://www.printables.com/model/180...-with-feedneck

I'm guessing the enemy just isn't selling well against the emek ad they are regrouping.... don't forget GOG is also Shocker

They were there at ICPL this past weekend. They live.

I used existing models out there to make my Nerf Firefly Rev-8 Magfed... But that was a Mech Ion.

There's nothing official, but there is this:

I'm torn, because I hate SP and the Gardeners. But, I really like the feel of my enmey's. (not enough to replace my Gmek, though)

Yep! Those are the models I used to stuff an Ion in that Nerf blaster.

I wanted one of these, but I'm not really into magfed, so I never got one printed. The thing is you have to flip the breech upside down, then mill the feed out (I believe there's a print for a jig that goes with this) and then you would presumably want a way to cover the air lines that are now up top. The rear can swivel on Ions, but BOB bodies also have a fixed rear air line. So then you have to either jam this all into an airsoft shell, or maybe make some kind of sight rail that will cover the lines. It's alot of work, so that's why it's not popular. But who needs to be popular? These things are so cheap, why not try to make a magfed? You can pick up spare parts for cheap on the book face, so not much to worry about if you mess up.

I just prefer to run single shot. I can hand load FSR pretty dang quick through a milled breech in this Ion/SP1/mech mutt. Honestly it fires FSR great. I've yet to miss load and break one in the breech. And it is stupid quiet.

Yeah I know Smart Parts and the Gardner brothers have a bad rep; yes they stole the Gamma Core design from PE for the Luxe and Shocker but damn it, they *do* make good products.

GOG, Shocker Paintball and DLX Tech (Luxe) are basically the same company. GOG offers a nice barrel kit (Freak and Freax XL, although I wonder if the basic Freak kit won't be discontinued) and I believe that the Enmey is still the best value out there (yes, more so than the Emek which however, *is* a much better gun).

I do wonder if the Nova N4 might eat up the cheaper than emek spool market from Gog though. Hard to justify an Enmey for $200 if the N4 is also $200. I hate the Gardeners but, the way I see it as long as I am not buying brand new they aren't getting my money.

I have a v1 and V2 eNMEy, and I agree with Euphie. Add in that the N4 has an internal air system and Autococker threads, it's going to kill eNMEy sales.

The Enemy was a great marker. I only ever played with it one day.

Gogs only failure in my eyes were the plastic solenoid housings they put in the Extcy and Envy that eventually crack. The backheart board was great. The bolt was system was quiet and smooth with an easy out the back removal with a giant allen key. The plastic bodys had a nice design but did end up cracking. The coating on the frames does flake, and the braided hoses did rust and fray. Some did not like the impulse threaded barrels. Others did not like the snap ring filled regulator. My markers were not properly cleaned after use.

My Freak Green Extcy was my first marker. bought it with all $250 of my money in 2012. It still works even with a noid leak. It could rip 12bps capped semi all day back at CPX Sports. It had no issues running in the 270 fps range off a standard output hpa tank. Eventually put a free to me TechT L7 bolt in it and it ran great. Only issue was you had to remove the 9v after use or it would drain. They did still run through 9v's I will admit.

I had also had the DLX luxe 2.0 OLED in dust silver and dust black parts. It was nice looking and better to hold. It had a screen and would talk. The sling trigger was so light and bouncy it could rip 15bps semi without even trying. And the tooless bolt removal was nice. But the rechargeable batteries were garbage. Once they got down to 60% the marker would power off and refuse to power back on. Good thing they gave you two batteries. They did charge off the wall charger from 60% to 100% in like 15 or 20 minutes. That was cool. At living legends the DLX tech tent replaced my whole board for free. After that the batteries would fully drain. I had to replace the reg seat after like 5 years once. Whereas I never did a thing to the Extcys reg. .

The eNMEy is mechanical. No Blackheart board, and they have reinforced nylon frames, so no flaking. The v1 had some issues with feedneck posts cracking, but mine is fine. The V2 beefed it up and it is no longer a problem.

Brokeass_baller Thank you for the heads up. All that info was meant to be about my Extcy.
