    Virtue board LED

I have a functional Virtue board for my Ion, but the LED fell off. Where would I find a replacement diode? It needs to be RGB with 4 contacts. It's basically impossible to program it without that LED. I can't rob one off a stock board because they are only red and have 2 contacts.

I'd start with digikey for any electrical component level stuff.

Not sure if this fits your full bill, but my breaks over so it's all I could find.

I have used digikey in the past. Good place to start.

So I spent some free time comparing all of the 5mm RGB leds digi key has, and it seems the big difference is the excitation voltage for each channel..

I legit had about 5 leds laid out in this post with voltage specs for each color, but I managed to delete it all popping in and out of the digikey window.. that being said.

It seem they all vary, but the red varies from 1.9v-2.3v

The Blue and greens vary from 2v-3.2v depending on manufacturer.

Will that subtle voltage matter in your application? Im not sure. Do you have a good way of measuring the voltage being output from the board? I doubt it. So I'd just try a 4 lead, and see what it does for ya.
