    Tippmann Anti Chop

I didn't know this was an upgrade you could throw on older 98's

I'm probably late to the party on this

This will probably work about as well as the old Spyder anti chop bolts. Once the springs wear in the powerpulse will just push the bolt back and you'll lose half your air up the feedneck.

Even if it does pinch paint the ball is still getting blasted with high pressure. It will probably break.

impossible, tippmann is the most reliable military grade tactical stuff only.

I wonder if anyone has put these through their paces. It's the same as an old tech T bolt too.

This is 100% a Tech-T superbolt knock off:

They are absolutely terrible. First one I had was mis-machined, the groove in the top was too long, allowing the bolt to creep up into the breech too far to even allow paint to drop in. Tech-T did replace it for free, but I couldn't even get through a hopper without straight up slicing a paintball in half. First time I have ever seen paint actually spray out of a powerfeed the chop was so aggressive.

With all Tippmanns your best bet is to polish the receiver halves & internals, port the feed neck, and then add a RVA & spring kit. If you polished it correctly, then you just set the IVG to all the way out, drop the drive spring in, and use the RVA to achieve the required velocity. I've been able to get Tippmann's to pinch D3fy pretty consistently using this method.

I wonder how the tippmann one compares to the tech T. Tech T doesn't have the best reputation.

Interesting that the ans description says it works in a prolite. If it fits in a 98 a5 and x7 it sure as hell doesn’t fit in a prolite.
