Angel LCD battery

First, I am not familiar with Angels. I have never actually owned one up to this point. But, I was able to pick up an LCD in very good condition for a really great price recently. I am really just planning on cleaning it up, testing it and selling it. I need to put a new battery in it though. I was looking at http://www.angelpaintballparts.com. Although it will let you purchase a battery, I was unsure if he was still actually filling orders. Tried emailing last week and haven’t received a response.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to get a new battery? Thanks.

Batteries Plus and the like can readily make you one and particularly if you have the original one.

Made this post all the way back in 2014. Course now with the new 9v boards being made, almost seems futile.

He does fill orders still, it just takes some time. If you have the original harness and a local batteries plus bulbs store they will build you a pack for around the same price using your existing harness. While the new 9v boards are nice, they are pricey vs just needing a new battery. The one thing I recommend is NOT to charge the battery through the board, but rather unplug the battery and make an inexpensive charger (posted somewhere on pbnation) to charge the battery directly. At the age of the boards charging causes them to fail pretty quickly.
