I sent away two Angels in June and haven't received them back. I've been sent a bill and it's been paid. There has been little communication though and I'm just wanting the markers back. I've heard Brad takes a while, and I get the pandemic is raging, however it's been five months and I'm left in the dark.

Since January here. In July was told he was getting to it that weekend, then in August he couldn't get air to work on my gun. I can understand delays with COVID but going on almost ten months here, kind of ridiculous.
Looked at my messages in Sept, never responded and hasn't responded to any since then, but his ECA page posted a day or two after my last message that he's working on all guns. Hopefully that includes mine.

It's unfortunate to hear others have had lengthy delays.
My two Angels were sent in for regular, run of the mill service. No anno or custom parts.
If things take time, or longer than expected, communication is needed. There has been very little of that, and that leaves me hanging in limbo.

Same issue here ordered parts over a month ago still waiting. Funny thing I accidentally ordered wrong o-ring kit sent email immediately to see if they could change it they replied next day. Now when I ask about them I get nothing. Shipping says slow boat apparently they are sailing across the ocean.

Next month marks a year since I sent mine in, been sending a monthly message asking for an update to his personal and business page. No response to any message since August which was a month after he'd told me he was getting to it that weekend.
I've got plenty of guns so it's not like I'm hurting for something to play with, but the lack of communication when he's viewed messages is insulting.

A person can be nice and a shitty businessman, but if you don't deliver what you promise after accepting money for it you're a scumbag. At least have the decency to keep up communication with people, it's not hard to do. The path to hell is paved with good intentions and broken promises.

Hopefully Brad doesn't threaten to hold your markers hostage like he did fullofpaint. Nothing about him seems like a "good dude".

If any of you have things at ano the holdup likely isn't with Brad at all.1 Photo

I am very sorry to hear that (multiple) y'all are having issue with service. This is a drastic change from the service and communication I got, and I won't join in on any bashing either way. I hope y'all get resolution.
