Go to check the LPR pressure on old angel LCD, things look good. Degass, remove gauge, forget to put volumizer/cap back on. Re-gas marker and watch piston shoot out like a howitzer round into the woods and now you can't find it.
(rewind clock 20yrs to BE takeover of viewloader) Playing some speedball, get in an intense firefight, using brand new out of the box BE made revvy. Get hit in the hopper, hopper shell EXPLODES, round goes right through it, and breaks inside of the hopper. Worst mess I've ever seen playing.

I got a pair of smoke shells from a "pro" shop. Got home, went to install them, hadn't even tightened down the elbow and the feed neck on both cracked off. Took both back to the shop and they told me to get stuffed- even though they were well-aware of the issue. That shop didn't last long, so the joke's on them.

Wayyyyy back when me and some friends were playing with PGP's and talons in the yard we had this kid that got shot in the BE pocket hopper and the ball went straight through that thing and exploded all the paint directly out the back and onto his goggles. Just about the coolest way to get shot out I've ever seen.

When you buy a Prophecy, and first time out accidentally put it in RF mode. That made for a lot of rip drive!
You machine your autococker into a midblock, get it all built, and first time out lose the detent and just blend.
