OK, I know many of us MCBers aren't always the "conventional" types and don't always subscribe to conventional wisdom, but there are things that darn near everyone replaces on their marker or in their gear selection. Are there any items that you guys like that 99% of the playing population would throw out the window? Stuff that is normally deemed bad, like stock Tippmann 98 barrels and the like. Stuff that no matter what the vast majority of the playing population says is garbage (or simply replaces right off the bat) but just works for you.
The biggest one for me is probably the old carbon fiber autococker frames. Many people replace them due to cracking, not being aluminum, or for other reasons. But for some reason they just click with me. There aren't many other trigger frames, across all mechanical marker platforms, that I can rip on harder than a plain old CF cocker frame. I think the pull is just right too- just enough slop to get the right feel for me, but not enough to keep me from going on a tear with it.
