So I'm at oregon supergame right now, going through the vendor tents and I find one with a bunch of chiseled vets and some really cool cockers. I start chatting up one of the guys and he is telling me all the guys that make up this tent. It's basically a collaboration tent and I see the docfire logo on the banner right as he says "and docfire, that's me"

Granted I never knew what doc looked like (younger than I expected) but I was super excited to meet the man the myth the legend and someone who is a regular here.

Then I came back and stole a couple o rings from him later

Still a cool guy but I was thinking the docfire and docs machine were 2 sides to the same business

It is always nice to run into another MCBer, even if they are not the famous ones.
the few that I have met in person and played with have always been great ppl and fun to play.
that is how I got into cockers and automags, when I first started playing. Some guys let me use theirs, at the time I was using spyders. Afterwards, I went looking for cocker and automag.

There was a team, years ago, called Doc's Raiders, that as I understand it, got caught cheating at an event. Like one of them was caught wiping or something.

I got no less than two emails from clients saying they'd never deal with me again over that, apparently thinking I either commanded or sponsored the team.
