Does anyone have a solid way to contact Tim? I've tried facebook messenger, MCB and email.

I honestly wonder how it is that Tim hasn't gotten a bad rap yet?
People love to crucify (some other) techs within the business for not answering for a couple weeks. This dude has been hard to impossible to be in touch with for years.....And people all want to talk about what a "good dude" HE is, where the others are dirtbags and worse for not communicating. Double standard as a mofo.

That's a good point. I inquired about having him do some work for me about 3 years back via phone and email. Never heard back. With that in mind, I wouldn't trust Tim with my markers. Cockertop has a good rep and good communication over on Facebook; he would likely be my go to if I had some serious cocker issues.

Well Tim is a good dude..Right now 90% all the Techs in and out of shops in California are SLAMED and backed logged for up to 2 + months....While the playing season is short in some states ,here in Cali we play just about year round. Add the fact that most shops cant get a good supply of new markers everyone is tiring to fix old ones and if he has to order parts that just adds to the time line...Now Tim will tell most people it could take awhile to get to your marker and answering 20 messages a day gets time consuming and he also gets paid to Tech at big events by some company's.. . I was talking to Autocockerparts .com and he spend up to 3-4 hours a day answering questions , now add that to packing and shipping, building custom orders and it a 12 hour job, Everyday, 7 days a week...99% of the people dealing with Tim knows it will take awhile and are ok with it....You want it done fast or done right?? Just my 2cents.

Got an update a year later (aug 2018) that it was taking more time then he thought.
More unanswered emails.
Update Apr 2020, said it would be done in a week.
Unanswered messages.

Just trying to get the gun back at this point.

To be fair, the only TWO people that I would currently send anything to/deal with are Bearded and BMC. Not to disparage anyone else specifically but those two are the ONLY people I have dealt (recently) with that were on time or early, communicated well, and fully met expectation(s) without surprises popping up mid stream.

I would give it a "sort of". I was already aware that it was like waiting for molasses in January. I had a line on a Centerflag that needed a new reg seat and was suggested by the person who was going to sell it to me to contact Tim, as he had a way to make some, and had used them to success. My last attempt to contact was probably a bit over a year ago now. I sent the first message and he said yes but something about being at a game, and a few unanswered inquiries between....It worked out that the person I was going to buy from didn't have a problem with my backing out over it. Nothing as serious as a few people I am aware of around here.

Just curious, what kind of tech do these people do that you couldn't do yourself? If it's a matter of fitting and fabricating parts I get that, but if it's just a normal rebuild/tuning I don't see why you can't do that yourself with the right tools, parts and tech resources available.

Good luck. Tim fixed 2 guns for me (over a period of about half a year, which is normal, and I knew going in), and told me not to pay until I got them back in my possession. I got them back, and the cocker had a slight leak from the ram when the bolt stays back, so I contacted him and waited... and waited, and sent 3 more PMs. And I still haven't heard back.
I'm not going to just chase after him forever. I still haven't paid him, but I said "I'm not trying to stiff you, I'm just waiting for you to return these messages." and he still hasn't. It's been a whole year...
