What marker or gear is it you want today.

In the motorcycle forums I frequent there’s a thread about what’s motorcycle is it today you want. As I know for myself there’s many bikes I love and every day it seems There a new mistress I desire lol.

Well in past I dodged this affliction with paintball. I had my Mags and that was that(sort of I built a bunch of Mags). I tried bunch of stuff just because opportunity arouse. But grand scheme of things was. I loved my Mags and didn’t really NEED anything

Well this years been different. Started by buying a Azodin KDII because I never did the STBB thing and they looked like fun to tinker with. Then I discover the EMEK and really drooled over it (it’s like everything I love about my Mags in a lighter modern chassis’s). But the cost was too high so I got to thinking I should pick up a GOG ENMEY pro. But instead I just built another Mag cause well it’s a addiction (cost me as much as the Emek likely but it’s MINE).

But after playing a few weeks ago and pulling out the SL68II I rediscoved how much I love Nelson pumps. And now I reall want a done up open class Phantom. Tried a phantom some time in early 2000s but it was set up for stock class and despite my best efforts I never been much good at stock class.

So what about all of you? What is it that you want today?

Marker wise, the only thing Id want would be some off the wall crazy sheridans. I've always loved brass, and have owned a few. But was never comfortable playing in the 15bps jungle rumbles with one ( id try, but Id get smoked.) For some reason ive played my past 3 games with one of my brasses, and Im really comfortable shooting em now.

that being said, Id just want more off the wall brass, maybe an rtp viper, walz builds, ect.


And, THAT being said. I may have a a viper, and walz build sooner than later, so I consider myself blessed.

I’ve always wanted a Karnivor. I’d like one converted into a Sniper with CCM parts like my Sonic. Or a mechanical Karni with a Shocktech Gunfighter frame.

Personally, I want less gear, not more. I want my various projects to be finished up and sold. It's looking like I won't meet my goal of finishing two of them by the time school starts.

Well I want my Blazer but, good things take time! PPS will get it to me when they do, can’t rush the Gnomes.

aside from that though looking at some of the first strike builds people have been doing for big scenarios kinda makes me want to get a SVD Dragunov built as a first strike magfed rifled barrels thing. Not sure what the base marker would be but probably a level 10 automag classic or a gog enmey something gentle as possible on paint because disassembly would take time and single tube so it is small enough to build around.

maybe even get a pgp stroker as a compact close range marker to support the sniper rifle.

There are so many new toys around since I last played.

An EMF100 with the continuous mags, inception metal low profile body, and one of those new small 4500 tanks that fit in the stock.

And a PAL hopper for when I need more firepower.

I have really been craving a VSC phantom, or honestly a gargoyle. It's been well over a decade since I sold my last phantom and I've never had the funds when one I like comes up.

Keep thinking I’d like to pick up an empire sniper, or another resurrection that I could add a pump kit to at some point. When I look at all the parts I’d like to pick up for my cocker it almost seems silly not to.

Mainly parts:
PAL hopper
Nummech dropback for the Emek
chrome JT Spectra lens
mini drop for my sniper (mount backwards to lengthen a 13/3k bottle setup)

As for markers, nothing really… Though I still want to build up a Tippmann someday. Just probably not now.

Number 1 on my list is a Nummech Nautococker frame…. and I’ll just week waiting patiently…. Or switch my Dragon build to mech and grab an ID hinge frame and 3-way…. Mecha-dragon

Also pondering a PE EMF100. Can use hopper or mag, but CAD price is tough to swallow at $750+. Even just a Emek is $400 CAD now. Princely little buggers.

Finally a 1st Strike 50/4500 that basically lives forever. Under the 5 year hydro rule size and long life tank.

PE stuff gets the Badlands tax in Canada...

Also, Transport Canada is still working on a ruling for how to treat First Strike tanks.
