Shroud or horizontal grip on electronic markers

Now that air through grip frame is a common "feature", which company will be the first to make the front grip horizontal?

I'd buy and use one.. Any 3d printing guys have a planet eclipse marker to make another battery housing and throw a shroud over it?

After a few years of open class CCM snapshooting, I know I'm sharper on the field with that horizontal grip

That's is an interesting thought. I feel like most people who shoot electronic markers prefer the vertical grip since it's what they are used to. The horizontal grip feels more rifle-y and akin to woodsball in my mind (ex: taking long line up shots vs. snap shooting, etc.)

Nummech made one for the Mini a while back. Kinda neat, seems a bit silly to go backwards in my eyes... but to each their own.

Not likely to be done.... By default the horizontal grip makes you chicken wing which makes you a larger target

There used to be a folding foregrip for mags ...
you can always cut the grip and put a folding one on there ...

Most gas through frame electric markers shove sub boards and batteries in the front grip now... Not that easy

I use a folding grip on my duty rifle. It allows me to use it at around 45°

Exactly. I don’t chicken wing my Pro Carb. And if you shoot pump religiously then you already know how to do it.

It's harder to switch shoot if you have a grip that preferences left or right. Vertical lets you shoot left or right side.
