Aaand I got excited after cutting the clearances into the pirate stock I'm putting the Nasty into, so I stole the 4way off my other Hurricane, did a quick-n-dirty mockup on the trigger, and hooked everything up. I only have 12 grams right now until I fill up my HPA tanks, but it works!

Sure beats paying PPS $1200 to do the conversion. 🙂

Slow progress. Had a buddy drill and tap an adjustable tagmaster bolt. Now I just need to figure out how to stop roll outs on my walmaz pump.

Freedummy detents... well if he still made them. Someone else on here was starting to make them again, but I haven't been following to see how progress is going.

Also, I have an adjustable bolt for Trracer/Maverick, but it looks like you probably don't need it now.

1) Sell/get rid of the two complete Gen E Matrices, the mostly complete parts Matrix, and a pile of parts to free up space.

2) Fine tune my second Black Magic Cocker.

3) Fix some leaks and board issues in a couple of my shoebox Shockers.

I have been busy the last few weeks chipping away at some personal projects and stuff that will help me and BW grow some. I do have a few customer projects i need to tackle before i take more work on though.

Figuring out how to get the cam part of my feedneck milling/ tslot milling done so i can do them on my cnc mill instead of manually.

Feedneck modded this, and installed a stainless thread insert for the bevertail, assembled and tuned.


Installed a stainless thread insert for the rear frame screw. Assembled and shot it for our pump group at least until the paint went to crap because of the weather.

Knocking out 52 tungsten-cored cocker hammers. Tungsten alloy came in today, and almost done cutting the cores to size. Beats the ever-living piss out of the cutters on my lathe, but got the process down to keep the losses to a minimum there.

Seeing if I get get a Byrna SD XL to shoot over 300fps for home defense and consistently under 280 for field use..... currently shoots 277-290 with Nelson paintballs which they say you shouldn't do.... Don't listen to them it works fine with decent paint

So my last project is off with the automag guru for tuning.

So my next project is wood working, I have 3 stocks to make. Not sure in what order. But one includes finishing up the stock on the right. Both are Birdseye maple. And I got them as you see them. No idea what they were originally planned to be used on. It needs some serious shaping and I've never done that before so this will be interesting.

I just got finished pics from Blizzard anodizing on this bad boy. I'm not going to spoil it, but damn I think I built a gun that actually tops the Spine Prototype, which IMO is the coolest cocker ever.

Dual bottle setup for my Nasty (for when I run it as a Typhoon). Modified a stock Sheridan backbottle ASA.... I think it was from a Walzmas build I did with Mar a few years ago.

Drilled/tapped for a velocity adjuster and drilled out the original 10-32 side tap to 1/8 npt for a macro elbow. Nastys already have a sidetapped valve body - something to with increasing the valve chamber size - so I popped a macro elbow in there as well.

I might go with a SS or aluminum hardline eventually.

Jordan - just because I have the parts and the plan, doesn't mean I can execute it 🤣😂.
I do remember the Walz's infamous "thumb picture"! I took a fresh pic of my hand right after it happened, but unfortunately it's not very impressive
