Got this from a member here. Had not seen anything like it before. You are able to change the position in 15 degree increments. All the way from right to left.

could be make a nice balance setup on a pump with a small tank.

And you had to walk up hill to school in both directions right. Hahahahaha

yeah was not sure if I should have called it drop forward since it's more than the drops now days.

Now it be cool if someone brought something like this back with a twist knob where the tank screws in.
