Macro hardlines - gauging interest

So Legolas was making these on the old forums a few years ago but to my knowledge nobody has heard from him in at least a year or two, another helpful soul directed me to the tubing that works for this application (sorry I'm drawing a blank, I appreciate it!) I have scrounged together the hardware to make them and successfully tested as of this morning, it's stupid simple to do the tools are just hard to come by used and not cheap new (for me anyway!) I just really wanted these and the old sources seem to have dried up. This isn't a pre-order, If there's any interest I can start looking into sources for tubing to make it more economical and pass the savings on, I'm just looking to maybe recoup my modest investment in tools for this project and provide something to this community. Given that material in unit quantity is ~$5 a piece not counting wastage, what does MCB think is a fair price for these if anybody actually wants them? Pic in link below:

Would you be making them custom per order or just locating/providing supplies?

If you're providing just the tubing I reckon $15 or so is fair, more if you're providing fittings. Does the hardline work with standard macro fittings? Is it any more resistant to leaks than standard macro?

The hard part (relatively speaking) is bending and cutting to length. If people want the fittings with it that's a possiblility, vertical air mags and phantoms are ones I am reasonably certain i can do since i have both available to test and measure.

I have some tiny hardline for microline fittings that seals the exact same as microline... no better, but not worse. I imagine that this will be similar. The seal is more dependent on alignment than plastic line, though.

All that said, I would be interested in a hardline kit... especially if I don't have to sweat sleeves on the ends to fit the fittings... my microline hardline is so small I have to solder sleeves on each end to fit MICROline fittings. Lol.

I would pay $15 for a DIY kit, probably $25 for a drop-in/prefit kit.

That's about what I figured, yes this pushes in just like plastic macroline, obviously the rings don't bite it's just o-ring seal, seemed to work well i'm leaving it to sit all day with air in the line to see if it's 'perfect'

What's the advantage if you're still using PTC fittings (ergo, o-rings)? I'd be very interested if compression fittings were used instead.

Umm, BRASS...? Lol. For the tiny hardline I was shooting for CO2 efficiency. But it is worth it just for the cool factor, alone.

I'd love to figure out compression fittings but that's a whole other can of bees. Like David said some people just like hardline, gives your gun that American Muscle Car aesthetic. Other than that, the line should never need to be replaced, is the only real advantage
